IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By downloading, installing, or using TailorMe you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

SECTION 01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vanilla & Bronze ("we," "our," or "us"), the operator of TailorMe, governing your use of the TailorMe mobile application and web application (collectively, the "App").

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

SECTION 02Description of Service

TailorMe is an AI-powered men's personal styling application that provides style critiques, outfit recommendations, wardrobe management, and conversational styling advice. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos you upload and provide personalized style feedback.

TailorMe is offered in two tiers:

Free Tier: Limited to 2 style reads per day with access to core features
TailorMe Pro: Unlimited reads, AI Wardrobe Scanner, Fix My Closet, full measurements profile, color intelligence, beard advisor, and additional features — available by subscription at $12/month

SECTION 03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TailorMe. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

SECTION 04Account and Profile

TailorMe does not currently require account registration. Your profile data, including body measurements, style preferences, and wardrobe items, is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the security of your device and any data stored on it.

SECTION 05Subscriptions and Payments

TailorMe Pro Subscription

TailorMe Pro is available as a monthly subscription at $12.00 USD per month. A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store depending on how you access the App. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Pro access until that date. Cancellation can be managed through your App Store subscription settings or by contacting us at hello@tailorme.app.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel during a billing period, you retain Pro access until the end of that period. Users in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital subscriptions purchased directly from us.

One-Time Style Packs

One-time Style Packs are non-refundable purchases that provide access to curated styling content. All Style Pack purchases are final.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of TailorMe Pro after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

SECTION 06AI Disclaimer and Limitations

TailorMe uses artificial intelligence to provide style recommendations. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

AI style critiques are suggestions only. They do not constitute professional fashion, styling, or personal shopping advice.
AI recommendations may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation, cultural context, or personal circumstances.
You use AI-generated recommendations at your own discretion. We are not responsible for any purchases, decisions, or outcomes resulting from following App recommendations.
The AI analyzes photos based on visible clothing and styling elements only. It cannot assess fabric quality, true fit, comfort, or other factors not visible in a photo.
AI performance may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, angle, and other factors outside our control.

SECTION 07Photo Upload Policy

When you upload a photo to TailorMe, you represent and warrant that:

You own the photo or have the right to share it for analysis
The photo does not violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
The photo does not contain illegal, obscene, or harmful content
You consent to the photo being transmitted to our AI processing partner (Anthropic) for the purpose of generating your style critique

We do not store photos on our servers. Photos are transmitted to the AI provider and not retained after the analysis is complete.

SECTION 08Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TailorMe to:

Upload photos of other individuals without their explicit consent
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the App
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, subscription requirements, or payment systems
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App
Upload harmful, illegal, obscene, or offensive content
Impersonate another person or entity
Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App

SECTION 09Intellectual Property

Our Property

TailorMe, including its name, logo, design, software, content, and AI systems, is owned by Vanilla & Bronze and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit that content to our AI processing partners solely for the purpose of generating your style critique.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about TailorMe, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution to you.

SECTION 10Referral Program

TailorMe offers a referral program that provides rewards when you refer new users who subscribe to TailorMe Pro. Referral rewards are subject to the following:

Rewards are issued at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time
Referral codes may not be used for self-referral or in any fraudulent manner
We reserve the right to revoke referral rewards if we suspect misuse

SECTION 11Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

SECTION 12Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VANILLA & BRONZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SECTION 13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vanilla & Bronze and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

SECTION 14Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

SECTION 15Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Knoxville, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

SECTION 16Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through the App or by email. If we make changes that materially affect your rights as a subscriber, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

SECTION 17Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vanilla & Bronze regarding TailorMe.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
