Subscribed through Google Play? Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or you will keep being charged.
OPTION 1Delete in the app
This is the fastest way. Deletion happens immediately.
- Open TailorMe and go to Profile.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.
OPTION 2Request deletion
If you can't use the app, email us at hello@vanillaandbronze.com or use the contact form at vanillaandbronze.com/#contact. Send it from, or include, the email address you use to sign in, so we can find your account. We will complete your request within 30 days.

- Your saved looks and the photos stored with them
- Your chat history with Jasper
- Your critique and score history
- Any content reports you have sent
- Your login
You are also removed from our email list, and any web subscription billed through Stripe is cancelled.
WHAT IS KEPTPayment records
Payment and transaction records held by Stripe and Google Play are kept after your account is deleted. They retain them for tax and legal reasons, and we cannot delete them.
