TailorMe ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Vanilla & Bronze, a sole proprietorship based in Knoxville, Tennessee. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the TailorMe mobile application and web application (collectively, the "App").
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will never sell your personal data to third parties. This policy is designed to be transparent about exactly what we collect and why.

Information You Provide Directly
- Account profile: name, age, body type, skin tone, undertone, hair color, face shape, beard preference, and style preference
- Body measurements: chest, shoulders, waist, seat, neck, sleeve, inseam, thigh (Pro users only)
- Sizing information: suit jacket size, shirt collar/sleeve, trouser measurements, shoe sizes, casual wear sizing (Pro users only)
- Style notes: colors you love, colors to avoid, personal notes for your stylist
- Email address: when you subscribe to weekly style tips
- Photos: images you upload for AI style critique
Information Collected Automatically
- Style scores and critique history: scores, occasions, and dates of your style reads
- Wardrobe items: clothing items you scan and add to your digital wardrobe
- Location data: approximate location (city/region level) used solely to fetch local weather for styling context. We do not store your location.
- Usage data: how you interact with the App, which features you use, and general performance data
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect payment card information directly — payments are processed by Stripe and/or Apple/Google in-app purchase systems
- We do not collect government identification numbers
- We do not track your location persistently or store precise GPS coordinates
SECTION 03How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide AI-powered style critiques and personalized outfit recommendations tailored to your body type, skin tone, and style preferences
- To power the AI Wardrobe Scanner and Fix My Closet features (Pro users)
- To display your style score history and progress tracking
- To send you weekly personalized style tips by email (only if you subscribe)
- To fetch local weather data to provide context-aware styling advice
- To generate your unique referral code and track referral activity
- To improve the App, fix bugs, and develop new features
- To communicate with you about your account or the App
SECTION 04How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers
- Anthropic (Claude API): Your uploaded photos and profile data are sent to Anthropic's API to generate AI style critiques. Photos are not stored by Anthropic beyond the duration of the API request.
- Klaviyo: Your email address, body type, skin tone, and style preference are shared with Klaviyo to power our weekly style tips email list.
- Open-Meteo: Your approximate location is sent to Open-Meteo's weather API to retrieve local conditions. Open-Meteo does not store personal identification data.
- Stripe / Apple / Google: Payment processing is handled by these platforms. We do not see or store your full payment card details.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business Transfer
If TailorMe is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred.
SECTION 05Photos and AI Processing
When you upload a photo for a style critique, that photo is transmitted securely to the Anthropic API for analysis. The photo is used solely to generate your style critique and is not stored on our servers after the analysis is complete.
Photos you upload are not used to train AI models. Anthropic's API terms prohibit use of API inputs for model training without explicit consent.
SECTION 06Data Storage and Security
Your profile data, wardrobe items, and style history are stored locally on your device. This means your data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers unless explicitly shared (such as when you subscribe to emails).
We implement reasonable security measures including HTTPS encryption for all API communications. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
SECTION 07Your Rights and Choices
Access and Deletion
Since most of your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the App's local storage or uninstalling the App. For data held by third-party services, you can request deletion by contacting us at hello@tailorme.app.
Email Communications
You can unsubscribe from weekly style tip emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@tailorme.app.
Location
Location access is optional. If you deny location permission, the App will not display weather-based styling tips. You can change this permission at any time in your device settings.
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact us at hello@tailorme.app.
European Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Contact us at hello@tailorme.app.
SECTION 08Children's Privacy
TailorMe is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately at hello@tailorme.app.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as affiliate shopping links). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the App.
